Dear Santa,
Gigi and I are so excited for the howlidays! We’re trimming the tree and decking the halls—or trying to. (We wanted to help hang the lights, but my tail got too excited, and well...it all happened so fast.) But don’t worry, everything will be paw-fect in time for the big day!
Being in the hospital can be ruff sometimes, so part of my job at McLane Children’s is to help the kiddos feel more comfortable. But I’m telling you, Santa, I couldn’t do it without your helpers in our community who are so dedicated to our hospital! Last year, they donated more than $77,000 in toys and gifts to help bring a little extra joy to our young patients all year round. They definitely deserve a round of a-paws!
All of our patients have been very good this year, fur reals. If you’d like to bring them a little extra cheer during their time in the hospital, I made this special wish list of gifts I’m doggone sure they will love!
We can’t wait to see you, Santa! Gigi says we’ll let the hoomans finish the decorating so there’s no more “accidents.” Have yourself a furry little Christmas!
