McLane Company becomes the first Children's Miracle Network Hospitals® partner to raise $100 million for children's hospitals nationwide.
Since partnering with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® (CMNH) in 1987, McLane Company has raised more than $100 million to aid local children’s hospitals all over the United States, including Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Medical Center in Temple.
The McLane Company corporate office, located in Temple, hosts several annual events to raise money for McLane Children’s through CMNH, including a golf tournament, skeet shoot, candy sale, and employee giving drive.
“After hosting the annual charity golf classic for more than 33 years, we have raised a total of more than $20 million,” says Keith Ross, senior vice president of corporate merchandising at McLane Company. “McLane teammates also proudly support CMNH through monetary contributions, local fundraising events, and volunteering their time. Our goal is always to help save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.”
McLane Company’s gifts have brought many lifesaving pieces of equipment to McLane Children’s, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is named in honor of the company. Thank you, McLane Company!
