Register
To support your favorite dancer(s):
- Choose your sponsorship level and quantity, then click Next.
- Under Registrant 1 only, select which individual or duo you would like your sponsorship to support, then click Next.
- Enter information for your guests, leaving the dancer selection blank for all other registrants.
Don’t have all your guests’ information yet? Just select “This registrant will provide information later at the event.” - Complete your payment to finalize your sponsorship.
To ensure your organization receives the full recognition benefits associated with your sponsorship, please provide sponsorship confirmation, logo files, and preferred recognition information by April 16, 2027. Due to marketing, production, and printing schedules, materials received after this date may not be included in all recognition opportunities.
Cancellation Policy: Baylor Scott & White Central Texas Foundation reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which make the event non-viable. Your event donation indicates your intention to support our efforts to bring high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. As such, Baylor Scott & White Central Texas Foundation does not offer refunds on sponsorships or donations.
