Camp Dreamcatcher

Children with cancer want to feel "normal." That’s why McLane Children's offers Camp Dreamcatcher.

This camp allows pediatric cancer patients, along with their brothers and sisters, to enjoy a normal summer camp experience while still receiving the necessary specialized medical care they need. Camp Dreamcatcher serves all pediatric Hematology/Oncology patients, between the ages of 6 and 15, who receive their treatment at McLane Children's.

This camp helps restore the self-esteem and confidence that children often lose during the course of treatment for a cancer or blood disorder, provides an opportunity for patients and their siblings to meet other children in similar circumstances, and helps restore a sense of normalcy.

Your donation to a BSW Foundation, and any related investment earnings, will be used in accordance with your requested designation. This is consistent with the BSW Foundation's exempt purposes.
