The second annual Wine & Dine Around the Bay event provided an evening of culinary creations, musical performances by local artists and breathtaking views of some of the region’s finest homes, all in support of quality healthcare in the Hill Country.
On May 6, a welcome reception kicked off the event at Horseshoe Bay Resort Yacht Club before guests set off to tour three unique homes in Horseshoe Bay. Each home featured a small plate paired with wine from some of the area’s finest chefs and local wineries. Guests then returned to the Yacht Club to finish out the evening with light bites and select wines.
The funds raised will support an additional CT scanner for Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Marble Falls. This equipment is vital to meet the ever-increasing need for quick, high-resolution imaging, especially in emergency situations. The CT scanner is used by virtually every department in the hospital for diagnostics and treatment planning.
