Bird Kultgen Ford continues to make a meaningful impact in the fight against breast cancer. Every October, the dealership hosts its annual breast cancer awareness initiative, offering free mammograms at the Breast Imaging Clinic at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Hillcrest in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Since launching the initiative in 2020, the dealership has supported 446 free mammograms for uninsured or underinsured women in the Waco community. These mammograms are key to catching breast cancer in its earliest stages, when it is most treatable.

Rudy’s Bar-B-Q
Every October, Rudy’s “Country Store” and Bar-B-Q proudly joins the fight against breast cancer through its impactful “Pink Cup for a Cause” campaign. This annual initiative invites customers to purchase their drinks in special pink cups, with proceeds going directly to support breast cancer charities. The campaign not only raises funds but also helps spread awareness about the importance of early detection and treatment.
In 2024 alone, Rudy’s raised $22,350 through this effort. Since the campaign’s inception in 2015, Rudy’s has donated more than $160,000 to the Baylor Scott & White McClinton Cancer Center in Waco, Texas. These contributions have helped fund critical services, including patient care programs, advanced screenings and community outreach initiatives.
Through the simple act of choosing a pink cup, customers become part of a larger movement—one that brings hope, support and resources to individuals and families navigating a breast cancer diagnosis.
