Important Information Before You Donate
We appreciate your generosity and support of our littlest patients here at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Hillcrest. Your donation of toys, books, and other items comfort our patients in what can be a stressful time for both children and their families in our Pediatric Unit.
Due to infection control and safety regulations, we have rules regarding donations of toys and other items. Here are tips to make your donation as smooth as possible.

Do:
- Donate brand new items with tags
- Complete the Non-Cash Donation Form and bring it when you drop off your items.
- If you'd like your photo taken with your donation, please also complete our Photo Release Form. We will be happy to take your photo for you at the time of your drop off.
- Please drop off your donation during designated times.
- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy. Please drop off your donations during the designated drop off times listed below.

Please Do Not:
- Do not donate used items (Some of our patients have weak immune systems or are very sick and we don't want to spread germs.)
- Do not wrap items in gift wrap or gift bags
- Do not bring any of the following items:
- Homemade Caps or blankets
- Food items
- Furniture, including children's furniture
- Full size bicycles
- Gift cards

Donation Drop-Off Schedule
- For non-cash donations or gifts of items:
- Beginning December 14th, Monday-Friday 3:00-6:00 pm
Please contact Kristi Sprayberry at 254-202-2151 or Kristi.Sprayberry@BSWHealth.org to schedule a time to drop off your items. If you need a time outside the blocked time, you may schedule an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule!
- Please remember to wear a mask. All donors will be screened on entry to the facility, including a temparature check, and must be wearing an approved mask at all times while in our facility. Unapproved masks include (but are not limited to) bandanas, masks with valves, and neck gaiters.
